Mon SMS Gratuit lets anyone send free text messages from a browser. If someone is using it to bother you, you can ask for your number to be blocked: it goes on our block list and our gateway then refuses every send toward it, whoever the sender is. The block is permanent.
What the block does, and what it does not
What the block does
- It stops any future send from this site to your number, by any visitor.
- It is permanent: your number stays on the block list.
- It takes effect as soon as your request reaches us.
What the block does not do
- It does not delete the messages already on record with us: that is what the other two offers on the received-texts page are for.
- It does not block texts from other senders, other websites or your carrier: we can only act on our own gateway.
- It does not replace a report to 33700, which remains the route to take for a fraudulent text.
The steps, one by one

Open the block request
From the received-texts page, pick the offer “Block message sending to a number”. The button below takes you straight there.

Enter the number to block
Type the French mobile number concerned, as 06XXXXXXXX or 07XXXXXXXX. Check it before confirming: it is the one, and the only one, that will be blocked.

Pay for the request
Payment is handled by Stripe. No card details pass through our site.

The block is in place
Processed immediately once your payment is received. Your number is added to the gateway's block list and no text can be sent to it from this site any more.

Is the block permanent?+
Yes. Once your number is on the block list, it stays there. We do not offer a self-service way to lift it.
Are my old messages deleted?+
No. The block only covers future sends. To have messages already on record deleted, two other offers exist on the received-texts page: one for messages sent to you from the platform, one for those sent from your number and displayed publicly.
Will I be protected from texts sent by other sites?+
No. We can only block our own gateway. A text sent from another platform, by an advertiser, or by an individual from their phone is not covered.
How long does it take?+
Processed immediately once your payment is received.
Can I have someone else's number blocked?+
The request must concern a number you hold. Blocking someone else's number would stop them receiving messages they may want.
What if the text I received is fraudulent?+
Report it to 33700, the French service for reporting unwanted texts. It is free, and it feeds the scheme that lets carriers cut off the numbers behind these campaigns.
